Honest and forthright, solid awareness if there ever were the case and now what?

80 and counting you never mentioned what your purpose is for continuing. Or being in the now. What do you relish to do each day that creates wonder and delight beyond the conclusions and their reconciliation of what nature has brought to bear?

Pardon me, its just my curiosity getting the best of me. I sense your writing on this sight is the answer. But maybe not.

Aside from the questions , I appreciate the virtues of your message. Mostly the candor and honesty and the courage to embrace such distinguishing characters. Old age creates that doesn't it. I believe so or worse. It creates for many a deeper lie.

I have experienced the same regarding the daily occurrences that have become you. I'm 76 while deadheading rapidly in your direction while even now sensing the daunting headwinds of isolation and irrelevance. Sad. While like yourself, there is much to do when you can discover what really matters. The matters that linger there... lurking in the truth. Your own truth after all these years. Do you agree? Or is there more? More I wonder to where 80 plus years sees what only that time and experience can appreciate. A special time, simply grand by your estimation. Maybe the truth is there, holding the best of perspectives no matter where and when you live.

Good luck and safe journey.

Eric
