Interesting thesis. The whole idea that change is mandatory for if not to do so, change will arrive nevertheless, but on terms aligned with the sub ideal. Ideal for who? And for what reason are practical questions. But before I continue, please accept my appreciation for your insight and its confession.

As to the argument those in the know know better is a fallacy of the first order while certainly one where truth goes to die.

Anyone who looks for easy solutions to their fears are always going to be fearful of change.

The church and its theology is a fast course for mitigating what life is, deal with fear of change by joining us and the rest just requires you sit back in your pew and wait. And wait for what? Death and the promised land. But what if in the mean time the architect comes calling stating his reality?

Life is a bitch and the church playing the sanctuary falls asunder the moment change and its reality come knocking. Remember you and the likes of the institution created the term heretic for those wishing change or at the least, opening eyes to another perspective.

The delusions and their holders point fingers, for how can they not. The whole mess has been smoke piled upon mirrors....the structural cracks now lurking, are the residuals of what fractured foundations create in time.

The church is run by those in the know ...while its members join in with the throws and tosses of self delusion the very moment they decided to align as a member. And there within the midst of self deceit lies both the problem and your church's potential answer.
