The nature of the self as it relates to God. Or Godlessness is all the same and not even close as the same time. How can that be? Simple.
We are all at times in fear. We are all at time fearing the unknown and the notion that what we fear we can never overcome. Overcome on our own is what I am suggesting. And there, at that intersection lies the distinguishing characteristic that creates what comes next.
Courage is what I am suggesting is critical when facing fear. Most if not all true believers became such under these conditions. So did the non-believers although today many non-believers were once believers who finally came to another intersection.
The next intersection is the joint of a place when you face the experience and its consequences that abdicating personal responsibility for one's fears to a manual and its Prophets came with a slippery slope beginning with hidden agendas. And worse. Far worse as time passes and the long term realities of not having the courage to face your won fears take on a life of its own. There, down the road across a few bridges and you find the results of entropy. For to get on one's knees stops all travel. To remain there over time creates both decline and demise. Sad. Oh, so very sad. Until the last breath, sad as can be.
Lastly if God had a plan and the plan was on his creation where on Earth do we get the gall or balls or whatever it takes to come up with such illusions that we have a clue what that is. We are not living his plan. We are existing in our lives to live out what lives are here to do. And maybe that is his plan. Or likely, not. But our lives must be lived. Courage leading the way.
